Christmas has officially arrived on Toorak Road, and the festive spirit is already in full swing.
This week, Santa made a special stop at McGrath South Yarra, 111 Toorak Road, inviting the community in for free Santa photos. The morning began with one very photogenic moment – Miss Poppy and her mum visiting Santa for a cuddle and a quick Christmas snapshot. From there, word spread quickly and a cheerful queue formed along the footpath as families, locals and early shoppers lined up for their turn.
The team at McGrath created a Christmas corner, complete with a grand red-and-gold Santa chair, decorated trees and neatly wrapped presents – the perfect backdrop for capturing a Christmas memory.
Free Santa photos 9am until 12 noon Friday 12 December will continue, and everyone is welcome to drop by, say hello and enjoy a little festive magic. Free dog leads. Free gelato!
